These kinds of services are ones that need so much passion, knowledge focus and dedication. I once had those elements before. I used to do this kind of customer service experience before. But now a lot of distractions are on me because of other responsibilities (family/adult stuff). But hey, a barista will always be a barista. We may lose a little of those elements along the way. But never the love for coffee. Great one Blue Bottle!

Is a pastry chef / kitchen staff given credit by BB, or do we still treat kitchen staff like second-class citizens or worse? Edit: sorry for the edgy vibes here, but it needs to be mentioned that the vast majority of food & bev staff can not afford to live _anywhere_ near SF. And yes, I know it's a complicated issue with no easy solution, but giving kudos is a pretty easy bare minimum nonetheless.
