On 11:00 I think you play normal bonus strategy which is to hold the lower high cards, because it is easier to pull a straight if it is open ended. If you wanted to do a Double Bonus strategy and throw away KQ for the A that would be the second best choice and give you a chance for the 1200, although not highest EV.

Why when you have K's and 8" would you keep the 8's as well? If it were me, the K's paid the same as two pair so I would have kept the K's, dropped the 8's and go for 3 or 4 of a kind.

You can go broke quickly chasing all quads. I will let a full house go if it’s a high paying quads - aces for example, but not for just a pair of high cards (though I have in the past and been rewarded - more often than not it doesn’t work that way). But I am a firm believer in doing whatever works for you. So if that works for you, definitely go for it.
