Hi, not really sure why you can’t sell the blue bungalow house. I know you have to be at the house when selling, it can't be done from your office. Maybe try restarting your game and see if it lets you sell? Might be a game bug.

Why do you putt 7 seats in front of the tv and 3 in the kitchen when the house is clearly made for a couple or a single person (probably retirees, with this decor) ? It's cute, but not really realistic...

Thanks for your input! The design is maximalist, meant to utilize space and create a vibrant atmosphere. The extra seating in the living room is intended for entertaining guests. 😊
