You should have entitled it: ADT BLUE Security Sensors since you left out a major component of blue: "Security Cameras". Also, a major interest is left out: Cost, any contract or monthly fees, etc.

How were you able to resolve the Hub being offline? That is my issue right now after hours of troubleshooting. The hub and internet are not talking to each other.

It was hard to set up and the people you talk to to try and help set it up they don’t speak very good English. Hard to understand. Trying to find a way to get out of the contract.
