probably hacks. There have been League of legends hacks that auto dodge you against incoming projectiles and spells for years.

​@crazedzealots absolutely not. If they were not hitscan spells, then sure, but he dodged 3 slows. Those are hitscan. And a couple zaps. But then got direct hit by the fireball, which is the one he should've been able to dodge out of all of them.

It's not really a "nerf" Wizard was already heavily underplayed and requires a ton of skill to pull off while simultaneously just being worse than Ranger. After the nerf, I don't even see a reason to play wizard. It's so difficult now to do anything productive. The only realistic thing wizards can do at this point is just buff their stronger physical damage dealing teammates. Like, haste ignite invis your rogue teammate and let them do all the work lol 😅 It's just gutted to unplayable.

@@ectsy Cleric is terrible now, honestly. Lesser heal doing less than 20 on a geared cleric. Wizard is just dog now Warlock appears relatively untouched because most of their stuff was already 50% scaling .

It made top teir wizard a lot worse. Basically all extra damage you would have to a spell was halved. So if zap did 10 base damage but between all your stats you added 40 damage now it would only add 20 damage

the base splash may have been buffed but the real damage was on the damage atributte you get from gears and buffs and that got nerfed real hard

Fireball does 5 more damage but now every spell you have is 50% less effective from gear. So +2 mag damage is equal to +1 so on and so forth. The base damage is unchanged.
