While watching your video it appears that damage happened to parcel in transit with some sharp edge material and is not totally case of tampering as you raises alarm and also all material lies inside box . Nothing appears has been steeled as box inside is in intact condition with the material. There is not any space left where we can expect that more material will be inside this box. Blue Dart ek bahut hi badi organization hai aur professional organization hai. Main ye nagi kahunga ki ham 100 percent pakka delivery kr skte hai , ha kuch khamiya har jagah hoti hai . Rahi baat delivery ki to aapki didi jinhone blue dart se samaan bheja unhone agar book karte samay pucha hoga to delivery ka transit time zarur bataya hoga. Khair 15 din ka samay bahut zyada hota hai , zarur kuch karanonse delay hua hoga use hamey pata krna chahiye. Aap turant kisi decision per mat aa jaite ki blue dart kharab company hai. Ya to aapko is industry ya is company ka knowledge nahi hoga ya aap bina kuch soche samjhe apne man ki baat rekh diye. Khair. Lekin aapne jarur suna hoga ki post office se kitani baar money order ya rakhi per bhai jab gift aur paisa bhejta tha to wo dakiya nikal leta tha. Maine bhi 8th August 2024 ko Kerala se oil order Kara tha jo un logo ne bluedard k through bheja and mujhe delivery date 12th August show kr rahi thi then inhone delay krke 15th august krdi and 15th august ko delivery phone krke kehta hai ki main ni aa raha aaj or incorrect address ka status daal kar phone band kr diya tab se lekar 2 baar customer care call krk complaint karadi pehli 18th ko and 2nd 24th yani aaj and they promised me to deliver today and daily morning me message aata hai out for delivery and evening me couldn't deliver due to incorrect address. Worst service ever seen. I personally request you all do not use this company for any kind of delivery jaisa Abhishek bhai ne bhi bataya ki Post office se bhejna jyada sahi hai agar koi or private better co nahi haito. Delivery charges are exorbitant. Just for sending documents from Goa to Pune they are charging Rs 300/- without weighing the envelope.n say that it is the minimum charges. Surprising the same envelope containing the documents were charged Rs 100/- by one international courier company after weighing n that too delivery after 2 days. Blue Dart is exploiting the customers. Don't go for their services. .
