Well I mean not to the un-artistic. Cabaret Voltaire was a very ingenious artistic expression showing the Blue Devils concurrency with the DaDa movement. Which was an optomistic subconcious movement in Europe and America where people started questioning the artistic and social norma. In america the equivalent would be the Roaring 20's. They did that show to say, "Hey, drum corps shows dont have to be like they always were o win"

Their music was not the hardest this year by any means. Crown's entire visual and brass program were the in my top five of most difficult programs and designs of all time. Never before have I seen an entire opener full of everyone going a constant 4-5, while doing insane brass melodies cleanly. Crown by all means had the most difficult show of 2012. There is nothing you can say or do to change that.

So I'm assuming that you're doing Best of DCI 2012?

Gee I wonder why? Lol they have the hardest music playing-level wise out of anybody, and play it the best

I know what you mean but, it seems at times if the brass composer threw random notes and rhythms on a piece of paper and then added a jazz break and called it their show. They deserved the win because of the difficulty of their show and the very accurate way the executed it, but it was not entertaining.

A constant 4-5 from everyone? maybe a more than occasional of 6-5 from many, but man do people bend over backwards to exaggerate crown's difficulty. when bd takes a 6-5 or goes into a jazz run, you hardly notice it. people like you choose to ignore not only the difficulty in other shows from Cadets or blue devils, but also how dirty and janky the difficulty in crown's show made them look. even if you admit they had the more difficult show, it's not "by all means" or even what really matters.
