They normally range anywhere from 35-50 pounds! Depends mostly on the brand and covers

They're very heavy. Like the comment above says they're 35-50 usually, but they're percieved to be heavier when they're put down (about 60 to 80 pounds) because of their awkward size and poor center of gravity. It puts a lot of strain on the back. There's a 2000's study on a quad drummer comparing their athleticism to an olympic marathon runner you should check it out.
