the Danger build, with a normal summon of keeper of dragon magic is far more consistent, especially in the new rules, with the ability to easy put draglubion and hope harbringer on board turn 1 is insane. I also run the tech of an Odd-Eyes Advance dragon (it's even an 8 to trade in and melody searches it) Special Alternative > destroy > summon odd eyes > destroy > attack over a monster > summon alternative from grave > destroy. Keeper of dragon magic also discards a danger or white stone etc to search the poly - this along with melody adds so much consistency and ability to wipe your opponents board and still easily get out ultimate alternative. Keeper's secondary effect to special a fusion material from grave also makes poly and twin burst easy options. As it's pretty much the only normal summon in the deck it never bricks. Anyway nice as always though dude, I love seeing blue eyes still being used and up on youtube getting some love. I'll be really interested once the new rules hit what you do with these guys!

I think a Blue-Eyes Fusion based card would be better than a link monster. A blue eyes fusion based card would be amazing since there are already 4 blue eyes fusions (not including Dragon Master Knight) and it could be searched with Bingo Machine. Plus with the master rule 5 revision a link monster would be basically pointless since you can xyz/fusion (synchro once Crystron Needlefiber comes out) spam anyways. Will Konami make said fusion card? Probably not. Will they make a link monster for blue-eyes? Who knows at this point lmao.

I say this every time in my dueling community when it comes to dragon decks as a critique, and I will say it here as well: Unless a different type of monster is being dumped from the main deck, Foolish Burial should always be replaced by Dragon Shrine. And Blue-Eyes decks benefit more from shrine when Maiden is involved, as you get two dumps instead of one. Plus, Dragon Shrine is a common, so it isn't hard on the wallet. Nice Xyz choices here, DAD. Also, gonna wait for Eternity Code for the new ABC support and that updated deck profile.

h3llg3ar shrine is a hard once per turn so if you draw 2 of them you can only activate one, but if you draw a shrine and a foolish you can activate both. That’s the whole point.

That $40 card Bingo Machine Go!! Only would recommend it in the ritual build, but even then again you have Impcantations, Manju, and Melodies. So really it's just an expensive extender.

Deep of Blue-Eyes pretty much replaces Bingo as well as it can freely search a poly or ritual spell upon summon and in the end phase you get another dragon. Sure you wait a turn, but do a standard blue-eyes disruption board and you have a nice follow-up next turn

I'm not sure why you dont run dragon shrine, its excellent for filling the graveyard for all your recovery cards. it's super expensive but Ultimate creature of destruction is your best card, run it at 3 untill its limited or banned.

It’s interesting, but I don’t like the 3 poly’s and 3 king of swamps. Contact for Twin Burst and 2 dragon’s mirrors allows for plenty of fusion. I like Ash Blossom and Joyous Spring too much to cut it, and I would miss Sage with Eyes of Blue. I also don’t like the Nibiru’s, even with the outs you listed, mostly because it takes away from the Blue Eyes support slots available. Also, with Alternative Ultimate you don’t need to worry about the enemy summoning a bunch of monsters because you can instantly kill 3 of them. Not running Return of the Dragon Lords and Dragon Shrine feels wrong. Extra deck is fine, though I like Hip Hoshiningen more as a link.

You could replace it but because Blue-Eyes is so brittle to hand traps you should at the very least side it. One well timed Ash can really hurt this deck.

He can't do this in a competitive match unless he's really lucky he's pretty much doesn't know what he's doing I've built enough blue-eyes deck profiles over the years to back up my claim that this would be easily beat by the simplest pure build

He can cheat it out using Draglubion, which takes 2 Number xyz dragons from the extra deck and summons one of them, while the other is placed underneath it as material. Only problem is that currently in order to pull off the Draglubion combo, a link creature needs to open 2 zones for you, one to summon Draglubion to, and the other for the Number dragon. In this deck there is only one link creature, so the odds of pulling off the Draglubion combo are minimal. This deck will do great once the new rules come in April though.

You could try and play Nebula Dragon, which is fairly cheap, and perhaps go for a more xyz or link-oriented dragon strategy. But if you can, get yourself at least 1 copy of Alternative White. Even 1 can make a world of difference in your deck.

A mixture of 3 things. 1) Melody being superior as you can search out all the self summoning blue-eyes, plus other cards like leviathan 2) the price. Bingo machine go is obscenely expensive for a card that isnt guaranteed to be live as much as its search counterparts 3) if you want to gurentee searching a certain card like alternative or the blue-eyes trap, youd need all 3 in deck to make sure you get it. Melody at least gurentees but sadly bingo doesn't All in all, its too expensive and not very consistent

Sadly I wouldn't recommend it :( same goes for Dragon's Fighting Spirit and Burst Stream of Destruction/Neutron blast. All have amazing artwork but tend to be very situational and normally just clog your hand. Dragon Shine/Foolish Burial are great for dumping stones/level 8 dragons into the grave, the stones have handy in-grave effects and the deck runs tonnes of revival spells for big dragons.

Majesty With Eyes Of Blue is actually a great card to play if you don't have Dragon Shrine, and you're playing Maiden With Eyes Of Blue. You can use it to trigger her to summon a BEWD, and at the same time dump something like a Dragon Spirit Of white to the grave. Other than that, it's better to try and get Dragon Shrine, Dragon Ravine, or Foolish Burial. All of these cards came out in recent expansions as reprints, and should be dirt cheap, so if you have access to them somehow, then get your hands on them.

Uhhhhh. . . no. Not to be rude, but Majesty is garbage these days. Shrine is a GY setup for the White Stone copies and can set up BEWD or Dragon Spirit for Return of the Dragon Lords. Majesty almost never matters because Alternative can pop monsters you are afraid of attacking you. Hell, even Twin Burst outs most monsters that are immune to destruction.

I know perfectly well that Shrine is much more advantageous, but I was simply answering the person's question more directly. Also, one redeeming feature of Majesty is the fact that Foolish Burial part is actually the cost to play the card, so the most important part can't get Ash'd or negated. But again, I'm not saying it's a better card than Shrine. I sort of feel like you didn't read my comment to it's fullest.

This build would be fine to carry to a locals to be completely honest. Most blue-eyes decks have a problem with bricking but this is probably the best at not doing that as much.

Adam Varela theres a change to the rules happening in April so I wouldn’t go too ham rn with buying too many cards. Some of the blue eyes cards can be a bit pricy even for commons. Would suggest you just buy 3 Shaddoll structure decks ($10 each) and start with that cheap deck for now and it should only get stronger in April. U can start building a cheap core of blue eyes if you want but it’s not even tier 2 rn, while I do believe Shaddoll can be around tier 2 if u get 3 structure decks and some extra cards for that it like some cheap but amazing super poly targets and borrelsword dragon for otk

Adam Varela np. I came back just mid last year so I know the feel of just coming back. I got a nice local owner, hopefully you do too but be careful, some out there just wanna make money. Use sites like tcg player com, yugioh prices com, yugiohtopdecks com, to get deck lists of current good decks and current prices and history of the card prices. Also watch a ton of KZbinrs that post about Yu-Gi-Oh meta and market watch. With all those resources and hopefully a helpful local store you’ll be fine ;)

I suggest chaos max over the fusion build ive played the ritual build for as long as as it been competitive. Never lost to any other blues-eyes builds. Ive played against pure, and fusion builds in regionals its a easy 2-0 every time
