Robin, you have such a beautiful heart! You really care about people and that shows in what you do and say. I love your tutorials and admire your work so much. I am very surprised that you don't have 2 million viewers! You are my favorite!
@robinmosesnailart6 жыл бұрын
that is my goal!!! and i know we can do it. i am not doing it to be popular or rich...i am doing it to help get shops with good artists in each one so our world is a bit more fun and we can go out and do things and be in environments where we share and bond together. as i grow as a channel i will open up more paths and as i get more people with the same vision i will provide more help. its very difficult in this world ......but i love it :D thank you for this comment cindy :D

I want everyone to know that my intention for the brushes are strictly to help us all paint the same and use them for a classroom environment and it is very difficult when everybody has different brushes. It is if I was doing a hair video and we all had different curling irons. We would all end up with very different hairstyles LOL

@Annie59G6 жыл бұрын
Yes you talk, but it's not overboard and it is always interesting, always to the point with what you want to give us. You never are just blabbing endlessly about insignificant stuff, so it's great. Also you're very funny when you chat with your clients. You're absolutely great.

thank you annie! i try..its so funny because in my shop, its live and real....so, i just try to do my best but i cant predict anything and if i do a design i want to share and we are talking a lot of nonsense, it is so hard to decide what to keep etc.....but, i am finding my way finally. i am a slow learner *laughing* i send you my love today!!! thank you for this comment :D

omg that is so nice. thank you so much loretta and know this....mine looked like a child too..follow with me, rewind. practice on paper with very thin paints......and dont give up..suddenly you have a full, adult flower! haha! it seems too weird to be true, but it is absolutely true. *huge hug*

The easiest way that I have found to do these designs on your dominant hand is to simply do them on a decal, then put it onto your nail. I'm still trying with my left hand, but have decided that if I want it to look decent, the decal system works best.😃👋

lol yes! i think what i see in my channel is SO DIFFERENT than what you guys do. sometimes there will be 20 people in my shop. 20 conversations. music, babies. etc. when i start the camera and talk...it goes silent in my own little world because i KNOW what i want to teach and i do as best as i can, but in my mind when i watch the videos.................it seems like its so much chaos.....so, i think....if i closed the doors...had a quiet shop where i can just teach a list of comprehensive starter videos.....i will talk but i can focus..so if i miss key elements you guys can guide the new girls to the main videos...it will be so helpful for me...and for others getting started...i just couldnt film when i was alone....i wasnt ready.;;; isnt that weird? most people online painting nails sit by themselves. i cant imagine that?!? hahahhahhahaah anyways...i will still always talk!

Less than 2 weeks to Australia 🇦🇺 I absolutely love them both, it is obvious you worked on them, as a lot of brushes I got in the past were never the right length and always needed cutting in some way 😩 I think I will need to buy another set as I will need separate brushes for painting in acrylic paint and gel paint - won’t I?? Very impressed Robin, you did a bonza job on creating these brushes 🎉💕💅😘😍💝🌈 Hopefully soon I will have practiced enough to compete with you lol 😆

Roselyn McDougle Robin gets her pallets at different places but the one she is using in this video is a tile and you can pick up cheap left over tiles at garage sales, good will type stores or habit for humanity restores. She also will use plastic lids like from sour cream containers. Hope that answers your question👻

thank you......what happened was both fortunate and unfortunate...i came here with 25k designs for nails but i had no experience with lights or cameras......i had a dream and worked so hard.....but, my parents both passed away and during my time grieving other channels and people with great cameras and lights and big voices all took my work and copied it, stole it and made stamps out of it and just left me in the dust.....however, during my time mourning, i learned what was truly important and i dont know if i was cut out to be super successful...now i am more focused on what means most to me and i just do my best. i know that if my channel blows up for any reason and i become 'successful' here, i wont lose any balance or who i am.....so it was best. i am so grateful i get to do what i love and give it here....so, i truly believe that will come back to me perfectly :D please tell those who were amazed thank you :D sending you love! (and a small novel!) haha :D

@robinmosesnailart6 жыл бұрын
not if i thin it really down with water.....when you see my brush exit the screen i am wiping it off usually but then i refill it with watered down paint again and again and again. its like i am using light washes of color one layer at a time so it never clumps....:D

thank you shannon!!! im not ever gonna stop talking.....we all know it. LOL!!! but, i will make some videos for starting out that just has me speaking as much knowledge as i can for beginners and make them easy to find in a playlist so if you have a problem with a special area, i will have easier places to find solutions. i have tried to do this several times and i just couldnt do it. i am the opposite of other videos i see.... i cant just sit and film myself ............i get bored or my mind wanders of stuff i should be doing. it feels weird and i end up stopping and doing something else, but i think it will be awesome for quick ways to find certain things. lets hope!!!!!

How long do your brushes last?
@robinmosesnailart6 жыл бұрын
Sammy Rea hello Sammy! I have a brush care video in my FAQ playlist and I want to say if you watch my brush care video and you take care of them, they can last you for years. I'm not kidding. I have used my first set until about 4 months ago so they lasted Me 2 years and 9 months. However, if you brush them back and forth or scrub them or leave them out and are not used to keeping your brushes good, then they we'll pray because they are so delicate. These brushes are sturdy and made for long-term use as long as you take good care of them. That is why the brush video is so important. I hope this helps you, and if you have any brushes that you are using now still use that video to keep them good longer. Learning how to make your brushes last long time is a skill on its own.

I don't know how I will feel about the "do as I do" one minute videos without having you explain how and what and why... (Okay, you know I used to be a columnist...😃). Hearing you is a large part of watching you. But one HUGE advantage will be not having to share the video with a LARGE fur-head! As soon as she hears your voice... Sunshine arises!!! And video access goes down.🐾🐾🐾🐕😘. When you first showed your pallette, I did get to see it before it was blocked by said big head. I got a laugh out of the black bug crawling on the right side while a face stared out and down at the bug from the left... Okay...well, you DO encourage imagination.😁. This mani was good, but just good... Until you showed it with the top coat. WOW!!🎆. A total explosion if colors.💣😍. Love you, Robin... And kisses... Literally, from the slobbers on my screen, from you know whom...🐾🐾🐾🐕😘

Robin Moses Nail Art Umm... I "think". (yes, I actually do occasionally 😁) that 90+ # doesn't "quite" fall into your "little" description.... Chuckles!! I know you have so much on your plate that I'm surprised you can even think of doing more! But I know if it's something you do, it will be total quality! I was watching another channel this morning that was doing a recreation of your butterfly video from last week. It pleased me to no end to hear you given credit, then having your video link in the description box. Your value to this field is so immeasureable! Hope you have a grrreat week!!😘🐾🐾🐾🐕😍👋

i agree.....since starting brushes, in a little over 2 years postage has tripled to other countries.....i want to tell you though..if you are a nail artist......comparable stripers are 30.00 each comparable liners are about 24.00......i keep them as low as possible for classes here. i think of it as a classroom kind of.....and if i could only tell you how many 1000s of dollars i spent on brushes that looked so beautiful and only lasted a few months.......or, they didnt last a week, or....they lasted but i couldnt find them again. it was one of my most frustrating things because everything else you can mix and match to get to work..................if you do nails and want to hand paint....i recommend them. if you go to my faq playlist with the brush care vid on the front, i have other videos on how to cut cheap brushes so they work well here......thats what lots of women do and it will work while you are learning stuff :D i hope this helps you michelle!!!
