Kutie Chic you can always measure, I got by looking at the shape of my balloons, if balloons look like pear shape that means you over flow your balloons.

Yes, If your fishing line is to thin it can snap/rip when you pull on it. If it's too thick your will have trouble tying knots. 20lb is perfect :)

It doesn't have to be big small big small, you can have big big small big big big small small big small small, random. Maybe you are pulling too hard? I pinch my balloon clusters as close as I can and then wrap and pull.

These are the only balloons that gave me trouble, you need to use hand pump and NO glue gun, only GLUE dots.
