I understand... im at home everyday with my son and i get unmotivated from depression and anxiety...i have tons of things i always want to do and i say yes im going to do it tomorrow and then i dont because im tired or dont feel like it...then i have days where i start doing some things that i HAVE to do and i am just blazing through and getting them done...then the next day i go "omg why did i do that? but today i cant even get up and motivate myself to do my make up or whatever i really WANTED to do...???"

I love this look on me. It was so easy ty so much. I also have depression. There are times your gonna feel like your unintrested but the best thing to try and avoid that is do things that make you happy. Take breaks and relax sometimes. A Lot of the population of people have depression now. It's barely even considered lazy unless people never experienced it and gone in your shoes.
