If any of the band members are reading this please know that you have a lot of fans that would love to see you reunite and perform live. I lived in California in the mid 80's as a teen and I had Explicit Material on cassette. I listened to it so much that it actually warped. LOL I never got to see you live because I didn't drive and it was very difficult to get to shows. I was getting into punk/goth music at the time and your music helped me travel down that road of self discovery. I now live in Europe, and I would be totally willing to travel to Dublin or London to see you perform.

OMG. Blue in Heaven was pretty much my favorite band in the 80s. I can't believe I found this.

If Blue In Heaven had been in 1998 they'd have been massive internationally in my view. Great band...ahead of the curve. Pity.

If ever there was a piece of Hannett history that deserved a re-issue it was this rather underrated masterpiece of an album. 1 dud track in 9 - many bands would give an eye for that ratio these days...."In Your Eyes" and "Big Beat" really showed off the Hannett 'smash-snare' sound....

Oh crap!!! It's been a minute since I heard this one! I used to have the album.

Would kill to have this again. In the US, it was hard to find to begin with, had vinyl, it is destroyed from overplay and misuse, would love to have this again. I soooo miss it.

Christ, I thought I was the only one who'd ever heard of these guys. Have both their albums, the second wasn't as good. This is just a stellar piece of 80's postpunk.

Saw them in 88 and they never played a song off all gods men they seemed to disappear after that. This song was tragically ignored.

I saw em support U2 during the War tour I think. The second album is better. "Close Your Eyes" on Explicit Material is a bit special.
