I can't help but see the image of the Pizzano persona breaking down as he's trying to escape and the environment shifts in and out between Sugary Spire and Pizza Tower.

i could honestly start seeing this, as Pizzelle and Pizzano break out of the tower, their personalities start to crumble, seeming more akin to Noise and Peppino respectively, and levels can be seen shifting back and forth in terms of textures, one room half of the room is Crunchy Construction, while the other half is John Gutter-inspired, as they hit the exit gate, there's 2 medallions atop it, one for Coneball (the sugaryspire Pizzaface) and the other for Pizzaface himself, this is also reflected in the outline for the door, half being stone, and the other half being candy-cane like substance, somewhat like what you see entering a level.

Honestly this really conveys the absolute chaos of Pizzano considering you take the strength and absolute unhinged energy given off by Peppino, combined with how chaotic and wacky the Noise is. You thought Peppino was crazy? By those standards, Pizzano's well past insane.

I like this theme for Pizzano, Not just because its more out of wack than himself, but that it gives the feeling of that hes insane enough to not care abt the levels, but more about causing absolute HELL in the stages, and possibly doesnt even give a crap about enemies, or the rank he owns since you know the phrase: "Hurt Peppino too much and you could go to hell!" But that phrase was long gone, but still roams around in his head, ever so wildly. To this day, he may be ever-so-crazy, but he was practically the sequel to the Pizza Tower lineup for Peppino, exept his role got swapped with Noise. In summary, hes was an insane veteran chef, but now hes a crazed Candyman who will never stop until hes finished. If he had a quote it may be: "Nobody's gonna make me #1 in this place but-a ME, so if you're fightin, you best be-a ready for CHAOS!!!"

This to me is the definition of anxiety attack, some of the music ripples in sounds (11:20) of random alerts accordingly to the victim of the attack.
