As an Optometrist, I suggest better to go for Blue protection lenses rather than Blue block lenses.. There is difference between both.. We need essential blue light for regular sleep cycle.. Blue block lenses ll block essential & harmful blue light which is not good for health ☺️☺️☺️

I'm using prescription lens for last 9 and for last 5 years I'm using blue light coat (trio from crizal) in my prescription I can say that it is not that yellowish, you can still differentiate colors.

@@ashikbaiju6218 I started wearing glasses from 4th standard now I'm studying in college my prescription is L eye = - SPH -5.00 R eye = - SPH -4.00 now I use 1.60 refractive index lens which is light weight and less thick as compared to standard lens. If prevencia suits your need go for it no problem. From 4th standard itself I'm using crizal/essilor products I haven't faced any problems.
