The first one is actually from "Episode Nagi" or an Additional time from frame lock, Episode Nagi's matches are pretty good, but when it comes to comedic moments like that one, they tend to not put a lot of effort since it may waste a lot of time and/or money. And additional time is basically just a 1 or 2 minute animation, usually not done that well.

The CGI in the second clip was mostly was what I was talking about and which that they only had enough budget for one animator if I'm correct, if the other animators would have stayed instead less CGI would of had not been used. The teaser probably got most of the budget (haven't seen the teaser so may not be accurate).
