Govett's Leap is the highest waterfall in Australia's Blue Mountains. It's also commonly called Bridal Veil Fall from its appearance. Either way, it's part of the spectacular view from Govett's Leap Lookout at Blackheath.
This video takes you down an exciting track to the very bottom of the fall, with steps and ladders, scary cliff ledges and all.

You will need to check with National Parks, but I think you'll find that all tracks in the Grose Valley have been closed since last year's bushfires

I just came up this climb from Acacia Flat this morning, it was a daunting sight from way down the valley, and me with a camping backpack. From Junction Rock to the top took me 3 hours to cover the 3 kilometres, and my calves can a test to the steepness of the climb. Great views in all directions. By the way I'm new to bushwalking and I'm 66.
