To the Japanese fans who love this song, here is the translation: 「Blue Reverie」は、レコードの中でも特にユニークで、私たちにとっても異色な曲の一つです。また、この曲にはかなり面白い影響が見受けられます。たとえば、ヴァースの部分は少しIncubusの「Wish You Were Here」を思い出させますね。ディレイのかかったギターや、ベースがグルーヴを保っている感じがそうです。この曲は本当にいい雰囲気を持っていて、気分が良くなります。歌詞も本当に素晴らしくて、切実な思いが込められています。ブリッジ部分が重くなるのも好きです。それを強引に感じさせずにどうやって実現するかを考えるのはとても楽しいチャレンジでした。でも、最終的な結果にはとても満足しています。あのブリッジには永遠に自信を持っています。あの選択には満足です。そして、その曲にはレコードの中でお気に入りの歌詞の一つも含まれています。「静かな消滅の治療法は探し求めることか、三十年の歳月が過ぎ、今もなお探し続けることを知っている」という部分です。これは30代の人たちにとって少し悲しい歌詞ですね。
