Great review man! Straight to the point. I might also lump Rue Broca's (Afnan) Theoreme in that pile. Like the non-identical twin brother of Turathi Blue. Both woody ambers with a nice spicy-sweet grapefruit. Each time I wear Theoreme I get more of that sweetness. Oh, and Jean Lowe's (Lattafa/Alhambra) Immortal! A great clone of L'Immensite and my fav of the bunch.

Great review!.. I like your honest comments...I have to agree..I watch Ashton videos too and he is always commenting on the bottle presentation of other fragrances as being somewhat cheap looking and then he collaborates on these fragrances that look super super cheap presentation bottles and crazy high prices...I am disappointed in Ashon!....he sold out and now he pumps his new fragrances that look cheap and at ripoff pricing. Good for you for being honest.

He has always been like this. He uses literally the shittiest, cheapest packaging that can be found and then pumps fragrances that are low quality. This is just a clone but not a high end one and the unique twist isn’t particularly good and itself is just inspired by The Hedonist, which is in the same family as Tygar but with Bergamot and akigalawood.

It is extremely low quality. That’s the real issue more than it being a clone. It is the quality of a middle eastern clone but the price of a high end designer.

Also I don’t feel like all of these things are clones. Terra Nova is clearly a cheap clone of Tygar and Blue Ridge a very poor Y clone (I disagree with you, up close it is nauseating but in the air it is fine). L’imminsite and Afternoon Swim are very different from Tygar although all three are in the same family. Limminsite has a ginger and water accord in the opening and dries down to an amber. Afternoon swim is all mandarin.
