I sailed with a Master who would arrive on the bridge and say, " OK chaps, stand by to let go sharp,blunt and middle " He was a deep sea tankerman.😂

Capitan as a leading person is alone, but you can count the rest as stuff captain, chief cpt, navigation cpt as an assisting team parts.

There will always only be one Captain, the other officers you can see are senior deck and engineering officers. The individual giving manoeuvring commands is the Harbour Pilot who will shortly leave the ship for his next ship.
