Nah just he's only bad against solely 3 chars zoro bm king, while blue can be kod by majority units, he's better at everything its just this mets favour reds that kills instantaneously so it makes us think blue is great but due to the fact now he can go faster he'd be good in tag battle etc... Mostly after meta shift blue or green again blue shanks would be mid but he'd be still playable unlike before buff

speed definitely goes to blue shanks, also u could include better normals, or close battle. blue shanks is crazy in terms of close battle and chasing/running while fr shanks has decent normals even tho i would say they suck most of the time and that makes him bad in close battles + he relies on his haki state while blue shanks can fight all the time at the same level
