BLUE STREAK is a new Diamond Filia variant with access to semi-permanent DEADEYE and HASTE. With DEADEYE, she becomes immune to a variety of defensive buffs such as THORNS and AUTOBLOCK and HASTE allows her to quickly charge meter for a powerful BB3 finish. Utilizing both of Filia's strength in health recovery and bleed infliction, Blue Streak is a strong Filia variant with a unique utility while playing very similarly to other Filias.

From my experience the most important blockbuster to give her is in fact Trichobezoar, it lets you you abuse the precision since its a single hit burst damage blockbuster. That giga burst damage precision hit makes it miles easier to bypass Shadow Puppet, Blue Screen, Immoral Fibre, Kill Joy, etc.

Some build tips since I have her as well: Invest in HP%, unironically. Her HP is a little on the squishy side; as you can see in the gameplay just blocking one combo string lowered her below 95% hp. Having some extra bulk allows you to block a little if you can't intercept something and not lose your valuable buffs. Meter Gain is still important since if you DO go below 95% hp and you drop to something like ~60%, you want to inflict high burst dmg asap to regain your buffs via blockbusters, unless your ringlet spikes are just cracked. Crit DMG > Crit Rate IMO if you plan to use Streak as a precision killer. Prestige Streak would have access to Death Mark, so a DMark mid-air boosted Trichobezoar would be an excellent precision finisher. Lastly, learn how to consistently intercept and avoid chip damage as much as possible. Streak is really good against Rose Tinted, Model Leader, and other thorns/auto-block variants when played right.

@@ZeoW17 Especially if you use her in rift where Frost Armor is everywhere. Widow's Peak inflicts armor break and combos into Trichobezoar, so you won't have to worry about eating reflect dmg on a blockbuster kill.

Hp is debatable, i think we need more tests with it, the main downside of investing it is loosing other stats, mainly crits, which would help to deal more damage therefore regenerate more.

4:54 If you want suggestions for another showcase you should actually do Martial Outlaw! I love her as support and as an individual fighter and I feel like she deserves more recognition! She synergizes with a ton of characters since there's many ways to gain haste, and she can fend for herself with decent ATK :)

Is there a difference between Dashing and Dash attacking? Because when I see videos of Filia they're able to pull off 2 or 3 Ringlets, but when I attempt it I can only get one, and then when I dash I hit them with the attack rather then just moving across the screen to follow up. Sorry if this is a long winded question.

Yes there is a difference. Dash attack is double swipe. Sometimes I mess up my inputs too and end up dash attacking.

6:46 Uhh this is false, the 3rd hit can crit. Also, Trichobeozoar would be one of her best BBs as it can crit with precision and is one of her highest-hitting moves.

Truth be told, I'm a little bit disappointed that you only used the unflinching + final stand to bait an attack for a free opening once (unsuccessfully, around 8:23) as that seems to be the whole point of her SA2, and gives her an edge over other filias that actually need to intercept for an opening. Other than that, good showcase!

Yeah, I was trying it for a bit but decided it's not worth the risk, especially with the short time duration. Could have brought EE to extend it a bit, would make it safer I think

Not sure if you need meter on her, since haste caps your meter. That could be 60% of atk or crit, “gotta go fast” after all

Oh come on, she's filia with 13k base atk, she is worth it, can't be bad with that high atk, ringlets and leech.
