but the talent tree is working for the primary commander right ? i mean not for the pair one or the support one

Correct. Regardless of your choice the talent tree only works for the primary commander.

I’ll be honest. I don’t know what they are doing with Bianca and victor. They aren’t any specific troop type and it may be something they incorporate after the fact
