I must say, the blackout Yeti is gorgeous! I don't stream or make videos or anything, i just want a nice mic for talking to my friends. Would this still be worth it?

For sure, a high-quality condenser microphone like Yeti can certainly improve the sound quality of your voice for Zoom meetings and calls, but you can have some problems caused by poor microphone placement. If the microphone is too far away, you run the risk of sounding hollow or distant, which can also make you difficult to understand. So make sure you adjust the angle of the microphone before using it!

1.35 kg weight and 30 cm height seems perfect for indoor than outdoor unless having a shooting team. Is this good to use at home as studio mic for singing?

I am using it at home and I am happy with the results! The Blue Yeti mic is excellent at recording vocals and it has an onboard headphone jack, along with gain and volume controls, so that you can monitor your singing in real-time.

Yes it is, but for a studio mic I think it's not an issue. I bought it from Romania, but right now on Amazon.de you can have it for ~ 120EUR
