I use avermedia Xtreme but it requires pc to do the processing so you need a decent pc. Also has to have the USB 3.0 or else it won't be recognized. My old one was avermedia portable which can do 1080p 30fps max but it does not require a decent pc as the card itself does all the work and reg USB works just fine

forgot to mention if its ps3 u trying to record, u have to disable hdcp with 3rd party hdmi stripper or else you wont be able to stream. just google streaming ps3 hdcp and ull see why u need it. PS4 u can disable hdcp in settings though so no need to buy one
