Good food, good wine and sex! Sounds "good" to me. Oh, and good Olive Oil, something many of those touting the "Whole Food, Plant Based Diet," avoid like the plague and urge the rest of us to, while using Ikaria as an "example," to back up their argument. Ikarian food, like much of that in the Med, is literally swimming in the stuff!
