Christopher Verceles J.D. is a typical nerd, and Stacy is a typical bimbo. Well, you know the dynamics and the stereotypes. Bimbos lure nerds with the promise of sex to get nerds to do their homework and other stuff. The jocks had a similar strategy. They offer a protection racket (i.e. "you do my homework and I don't beat you up") to get nerds to do their homework. Well, that was the dynamic back them. Nowadays, if jocks and bimbos tried something like that on nerds, outcasts, and other groups, it would end in a horrific tragedy with many jocks and bimbos getting the business end of an automatic - a shift in the dynamic, if you will.

The only times we see Stacy are in Turk and JD's versions of what happened in the past, if I'm not mistaken. Both versions have a lot of exaggerations based on who told it. For example, Turk wears a Flavor Flav clock and talks gangsta in JD's version, and JD is all geeky in Turk's version. So maybe the Stacy we see is hot because that's how Turk and JD tell it, regardless of how hot she really was.
