Troy at the end of this video you set s layer for the highlighted Hyperlink. I am having trouble finding the set up. I am using 2020. Also some pages didnt get a hyperlink during set up.

Hi Troy, I watched your page labeling and batch hyperlink video on you tube and it was super easy to follow and have done it on multiple plans i have. Had question with the next project i have the project has multiple bldgs and with that has multiple A2.2 for each bldg as example. Is there a way so that it will pick that up on batch hyperlinking? When i did the page labeling it picked up as SS2 A2.2 (Shade Structure)

This worked great for linking each page to my cover sheet, but when I go to a specific page the hyperlinks on that individual page did not work. Do you know how I could get the links on each page to connect to all the other pages with out manually finding them all on each individual page?

Andrew Schwarzenberger it may have something to do with the font if it’s different on the other sheets. Send me your file at [e-mail] or invite me to a studio project to share it. I’ll take a look.

@@UChapter2 I'm running into the same issue, hyperlinks only seem to work for the cover page drawing list, but no where else on the plans. I notice the detail callouts are in bolded font, while the sheet numbers on the bottom right are in regular font. Could that be the issue?

Great video, I understand all up to that part. Can you give me some assistance? When I create a batch link in studio it only works on my computer. What am I doing wrong?

Zwade Augustine thanks for checking things out. There are some limitations on tools you can use within Studio. Try batch hyperlinking your drawings before you upload to Studio. Hope that helps!

I did all that but for some reason the other user can see the hyperlinks, when they try clicking on it. It just would not take them to the pages. All the sheet # are highlighted but it not doing anything.

Zwade Augustine make sure you are using relative paths and that you upload the entire folder of drawings. Otherwise the links are broken.

Jesse Olivas it’s difficult to diagnose without seeing our process and outcome. Make sure your labels are correct and paths are relative.

Friendly Reminder: Do not forget to OCR the document prior to running the batch links, otherwise the link auto-generate will not work!
