Bluebell Railway Branch Line Weekend 2023

A visit to the Bluebell Railway on Saturday 22nd April 2023 for their Branch Line Weekend. Special guest locos from the East Lancs Railway were the ex Lancashire and Yorkshire PUG 11243 and 0-6-0 52322. The PUG was in immaculate condition and as well as running on passenger trains gave brake van rides in the yard at Horsted Keynes. The video shows what it is like to be shunted by a loco with dumb buffers (no springs). A very unusual pairing was the two visiting L&Y locos on a passenger train towards the end of the day.
Well done to everyone who made the event such a success.
