Ebay doesn’t support Qtrack, and this is a significant issue, not a minor one as you suggested. Our tracking number ratings are declining because of this, and our store could eventually face suspension. This is not an acceptable solution. You need to put in more effort to find a viable fix.

Hi DS, nice attempt to show us you have the solution but apparently this isn't one. Even if this can help us to win the "item not receive" case, Qtrack is still not included in the eBay integrated list of carriers. And this is a MAJOR problem because our seller score will be MASSIVELY affected, eventually effecting the visibility of our listings. I'm not sure why you make it sound as though it isn't a real problem lol - you know exactly the pain point of dropshippers... Anyways, your video headline is misleading, this is not at all "AMAZON TRACKING SOLUTION" should be something like "Interim Steps To Take While We Try To Find A New Solution Or Something" Just a thought: Is there not a solution platform that can convert AMZL tracking number to UPS/USPS tracking or something? How come eBay mentioned that Amazon Logistics is now a Trackable Services supported for tracking numbers beginning with TBA. Why do we need to convert? Note that I chatted with ebay and this is what they gave me "Thanks for patiently waiting, upon carefully checking the reason why eBay wont show details for TBA tracking is due to its a logistic service by Amazon. We do allow seller to use it however due to eBay and Amazon are competitors, eBay cant ask directly for details from Amazon."

I don’t want to do that it’s too much hussle to add every Amazon account, why can’t you do something like BCE or tracker bot ? Tracker bot enables to manually paste tracking link from any Amazon account and convert it to BCE (don’t need to sync and link the Amazon accounts with tracker bot) I need this solution because I’m using many accounts , until you create manual way that works same way I’m going to keep using trackerbot.

As I understand it there are 3 issues: 1) converting Amazon TNs via a new 'carrier' that eBay accepts (no longer BCE or Alquiline TNs) 2) that the same service provides zipcode masquerade so our accounts are not flagged as shipping from different locations and 3) the ability for us to do this independently from having to use AutoDS paid fulfillment services. So What's the solution to all 3?

Hello. Just opened up my store a few weeks ago. I have auto DS. Didnt know about ebays new update until recently. So when the orders come in I take the TN from amazon then i converted it to Blue Care. Then i converted the Blue Care TN on 17track. Sent the buyer a message to the link where they can track the package on 17track. Now what TN do I upload onto ebay is where im lost at. You mentioned using "other" as a carrier.? Once i label it shipped on ebay it will just stay shipped forever? lol

maybe the order you tracked was a bad example. it says "delivered to addressee" but what if the driver left the package in the garden, with a neighbour, in the garage etc...if amazons tracking says "left with neighbour at 47", does this show on the q track page??

Hello! You need to opt in for AutoDS’ automatic orders/Fulfilled By AutoDS service. Then, you’ll be able to convert tracking numbers to QTrack in the settings. This will be done automatically by the system and your orders will be updated accordingly.
