I'm sorry for your loss.. I lost someone the same way on my birthday in 2022. I had never lost anyone dear to me to death before, let alone in such a uniquely tragic way, and it was the hardest thing in my life. The grieving process for me was a rollercoaster, and it felt neverending. And I felt so alone, despite having support.
