My sympathies for Ellen. Karen Carpenter told a story about inhaling a moth during an outdoor Ohio State Fair concert. Then spending a long time hacking and coughing it up. One of the rare times they had to stop a song and restart. It's an unfortunate occupational hazard for the power vocalist. (Also, thank you for the vlogs, so nice for those of us who could not attend this tour.)

Just a few weird observations. I think it's good that Jason gets more time, but he does seem lost without his ukulele. Also good to see a camara man getting camera time, and very belated happy birthday Aaron. Without Macy to calm her, we see Ellen's vicious side, as she turns on lady bugs. Katie should finish the song about Wally's - it could be paired with Matt's breakthrough composition. Great to see the Matt Petersen fan club represented, and I would absolutely love to see him shredding it with his axe. I'm thinking long blonde wig and the get up of an 80s band. Julianne, these are brilliant. I love every minute of them. All you're lives are adventures of the best type. Thank for letting us tag along.

Ooh fun question! We all listen to a lot of different types of music, so it’s really hard to say. I listen to a lot of indie folk/pop music, Matt listens to country, Emmett listens to some alternative artists, and Katie and Ellen listen to pop artists like Ben Rector and JJ Heller. But we all like a lot of the same stuff!

After swallowing more than I care to remember bugs as a kid on my bike, I think I'm team Ellen. Considering the alternative, I think the ladybug had a much better ending, likely a thoughtful, caring vacuum came along, gently scooped her up and took her to her final dignified resting spot, the dustbin. In my experience when I’m sent a sign it’s usually something a little larger like a butterfly, something large enough that they don’t have to worry about me swallowing it
