I’d say the Cubs is the #1 landing spot with their loaded farm system. Astros has a terrible farm almost as bad as the Jays. They literally have nothing to offer that makes sense

The fact is if you check Vlady’s war he’s average. If you are not about stats and go by old school eye test, he’s about average too. Biggest tell? Look at what your opponents are doing to you to see how worried they are about you….the pitch Vlady like any other joe. They go right after him. I would trade Vlady if we get prospects or if we not resigning him. He’s not worth 25 mill though, 18-20 mill max. He’s not a franchise player either. So if something better comes along. Bye bye Vlady

Would love to see Cubs get Vladdy crushing the ball over the little patio tumbleweed in the outfield would be amazing. Very sad to see him go but think Tampa Rays always competitive over the years; Why they trade players that need to get paid and pick up prospects. Jays current record 3-2 they need to go 8-3 over these total 11 games or time to sell.

Jeez Louise,Man!!!!! Vladdy has FINALLY starts hitting to a very high averageabout .370 and you're talking trade rumors!!! About a third of the way through the regular season and you're already saying this may be the time to pull the rip cord on Vladdy.presumably since the organization may felll they might have alredy gotten the best offensive years of "Jr." at the plate; and for the last few years as an agile and well-coached All Star-level first baseman, then it might be a good time to see what the market may be offering for Vladdy. And how well that would dovetail with the ball club's long term plans. Vladdy also has the game sense of a grizzly veteran and a strong and accurate arm. In the past few seasons he has played over 150 games each year and he is still in his early to mid-twenties. Do you still think this might be an advantageous time to deal him? So how do we explain VLaddy's improved performane a the plate? Well, the ball club's hitting coaches and video departments are generating data daily to Vladdy and his teammates, probably on a daily basis during pre-season and the 162-game grind that is the MLB regular season and post season.. After a frusrating 18 months or so, something has "clicked" and Vladdy's growth as a hitter has allowed him to hit a near his best for some time now. Whether it is laying off bad pitches out of the strike zone like low outside sliders more or being more selective or more aggessive with less than two strikes, it's working right now!! Now tha Vladdy is cookin' at the dish, we need Springer, Bo, Varsho, Turner, Jano and the rest of the guys to get on a heater along wih them. The starters need to go deep each start and the guys in the pen need to get their outs, holds, and saves as eficiently as possible. They'd better start scoring and winning in bunches soon, or this season will quickly become a write-off. Then the Jays' front office can start listening to offers on Vladdy.

To fix the Jays problems what they need is one power bat to lengthen their lineup in the cleanup spot .. if the Jays can orchestrate a trade to get Nolan Arenado , Luis Roberts or even a small deal like Jake Burger it will fix a lot of our problems

Stop trying to trade players who aren’t in their prime years yet. Vladdy at 28 will be very different than 25. Same with Bo. Plenty of other players to trade for prospects. A full teardown of the MLB roster, bring in all the prospects you can, promote your current Triple A studs and move on from this failed experiment.

Bo and Vlad are still only around 25 years old too so i think that makes a trade to a division rival even less likely than before which was probably only a 0.1% chance to begin with
