Once you convert a layer(s) into a Smart Object, you'll see a small icon at the lower, right corner of the layer's thumbnail. Double-click the thumbnail of any Smart Object to open its source image(s).

Since your photo is saved as a Smart Object, just double-click it to open its source image and replace it with another photo.
