Thanks for the review Eric! I have the Fury 734c, I really like it for chatterbaits, the action is a little lighter than most heavy/fast rods so it loads well on the cast and bends to the fish to keep them pinned.😎

I picked up a 7'1" Kaden M F spinning rod for wacky worms, shaky heads and willow vibes and have been very happy with it. Realize that one is a casting rod but I actually like their spinning grip design better than most of the others out there. Both the Kaden and Fury series seem to have a really good warranty on them too. I'm also with you on keeping the keeper up high putting it down there is a good way to end up with a hook in your hand if you get distracted...

I haven't fishes a ton of swimbaits with it, but I'd say it would work just fine. It has a good spine to it and fast tip if you're looking to fish big swimbaits with it. Thanks for watching!
