Nice to see you are finally getting back to more normal weather, hope it holds. May your 2024 season be your grandest yet, fulfilling all your desires. Time now to go make a snack, that pizza made me hungry.

Tie a few floats on your key...the tool to open your water tanks. This way if it falls in the water it will float. I have two tied on mine. I have not dropped it but my dock neighbors use mine until they replace theirs. I miss my boat. It will be in the water come April! Our marinas are open usually April to October.

Exquisite camera and editing! Perfect soundtrack! . An aside: Any video over four minutes, I usually switch 'playback' speed to 1.25x or 1.5x... or 2.0x. Today's gift requires slowing, relaxing. Thank you for this blessing!

Just WOW.... first time seeing y'alls vlog and I am impressed. This episode was so... peaceful and calming, I loved it. I have no idea where you are (but I suspect Canada), I have no idea where you are headed or what your goals are, but the vibe is truly awesome. I grew up partially on sailboats because my dad was an avid and accomplished sailor. I loved the life and freedom. I am old now at 65 and a cancer survivor so I really don't have the strength and vigor needed for boat life anymore but I sure do love to live vicariously through the youtube sailing and adventure channels I subscribe to. I look forward to seeing where y'all go as the weather warms !

Firstly, I'm saddened by the fact some people feel the need to make a scene about not watching anymore. Now to the point of my comment...Australians express approval with expletives. So please dont cringe! Absolutely f%#@ing brilliant channel. I cant say all i want in 1 comment so this will be part 1 of many. My wife and i at 59 & 60 bought a 1985 H28 (herreschoff 28) it was saied to Australia from New Zealand so I knew it was a beauty. You outdo us big time in the storage and layput and you have a propper thick mattress in the V. We work in hospitals and health, and a week or 2 after we bought Clarity II, we left our jobs, rental house, put all our things in storage and lived aboard on a Marina. We can totally relate to what you do. I was in charge of coffee and spending and Robyn was in charge of catering and spending! We only lasted 4 months. We too like you left on a wonderfull road trip when Brisbane succumbed to rain n floods so we headed south. We watch only 2 sailing channels now and the calming nature of your vids is just marvellous therapy for us. The other is Simon Carter Sailing. Simon came down to our boat and steered us straight with the spending. I hope your happy and contented in general. Also thanks for the sound. I may have to continue later as i have much to say in gratitude. Till next time. Best wishes, Graham & Robyn🇦🇺

So relaxing. Pizza looks great. Haven't had pizza in years. We eat very little bread. We make corn meal from our dried sweetcorn and make cornbread 2-3 times a year with chili....James

Ahoy there Gillian and Jonas: Pizza is often created in the galley of our little ship and is a powerful nutritional adjunct to our diet with the right ingredients for cruising or just tied dockside. We use a hybrid dough consisting of buckwheat and quinoa with a minimal amount of white flour to achieve a reasonable consistency.Buckwheat and quinoa are both complete proteins, high in fibre and other great bioactive components. The unique flavour can be enhanced by adding other ancient grains such as amaranth and or oatmeal.Along with the usual veggies I like a topping of goat cheese and roasted garlic. Just experiment with good stuff to discover your gastronomical magic. Cheers!

A well-earned tasty meal. I'm sure it was as good as it looks! Yum. You seem to be able to do a lot with the toaster oven. Impressive! I"m curious: Do you ever use the galley oven? (Or do you even have one?) Then you could have pizza for dinner and leftovers for lunch.

Actually I am a warmer weather person but I do get tired of the heat. But can take some clothes off to stay cool but it is hard to put enough on to stay warm. My hands and feet get cold I can’t go bare footed, even in the house. In my younger years I was exactly opposite. I was always hot.
