Whenever I heard this kind of Voice in Old Educational Training Videos, I knew this is gonna be awesome. Now I know why senior workers are so good.

Thank you for this video. I am taking a blueprint reading course and I was having trouble visualizing the different views for my homework, but once you put the cube around it it all clicked into place. Really appreciate it!

I teach ENGR102 at our local community college. The course teaches the Tradition drafting principles and how they apply to computer aided drafting. I feel his explanation Multiview Drawings really simiplifies the understanding of this subject. Great resourse

Yes! If only pupils would have thanked their teachers as children maybe our teachers would've felt appreciative and taught us more.

i like to use third angle projection, seems a more natural way to view an object. The 3d cad solid model software will make foreshortened views without rotation but there is some cad software that can modify the views. I like to make a section through the foreshortened area sort of like partial auxiliary section view. The enlarged views are detail views with a circle or rectangle. First angle drawings wind up with a left side view on he right side etc. so I that is why i like third angle projection.

I'm in the UK and I had no idea first angle projections were the standard in Europe. Third angle is much more logical imo. Third angle, but with metric dimensions is best ;)

The "first angle" view, or method E, is not enitrely correct. It's drawn to the left side, not the right as in method A.

@squidproquo22413 жыл бұрын
Because, of the patent claim on this video at the beginning, I am not watching this video. LEarning what you know now from all over the world without paying any patent right to the indigenous cultures, and now claiming rights over any knowledge out right reveals the mentality of stealing while learning from other natives. Claiming patent right is the ultimate confession of one's act of stealing not the vice versa because knowledge regardless where does it come from should belong to all humanity for free and easily accessible.
