Thanks so much for sharing tips on how to transition into selling our upcycles!!

Thank you so much for this! I'm a professional upcycler and I also hate marketing myself. I like what you said about keeping posting it and how not everyone has seen it, that's something that I should def keep in mind because I get so discouraged by my own poor marketing sometimes.

THANK YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!!! Need it!!!!! Right now I'm working on my crocheting/ unconventional statements earrings side hustle, while working part-time in my school district. I also do alterations and sewing 🧵🪡 for customers. Your information gave me a lot of ideas 💡. My unconventional statements earrings are made from things I get from the thrift stores and my next step is to design different fashion accessories. I do have a lot of clothes to get started with my fashion accessories. I'm working on consignment for a small boutique around the corner from me. LOVE IT!!! This Saturday I'm working on a craft fair with my crocheting and unconventional statements earrings for sale. I'm taking one day at a time. Keep up the amazing work, still want to work for all three of you. Have a wonderful day and stay CREATIVE 😊 Robin N Otis -Clayborne

This was a great video I literally thinking of asking if you would do a video on how you were able to start your brand and scale it. Thanks for all the tips and advice. I am writing in my upcycle planner as we speak.

The video on joggers actually saved a pair of my sleep pajamas, since they were way too long for me, but I didn't like the idea of hemming them. Some 1/8" elastic in the folded hem, and they sit comfortably at my ankles without dragging everywhere like they did before.

Glad you included the business side of things, I think I’d be interested in hearing more about how you got the business side going since that’s the more intimidating aspect for me

Have you seen the journal/guidebook around creating a sustainable clothing brand which Angelina and her team are selling at Blueprint Signature? They talked about it in a video not too long ago-same video in which Angelina talked about the updated upcycle planners…I wonder if that book might have some of the things you are looking for?

I just gotta say i I loved this video tutorial very much, I'm ready to try to upcycle aka upgrade some of my clothing. I was scared for a long time of messing the clothes up. I want to purchase the best sewing machine like you mentioned that can go through any and every fabric and is very versatile and also the very best scissors ✂️ to cut through any and every fabric. I know I'm gonna eventually get it right with my styling ideas. Sincerely & Gratefully, Carla ❤😊

If you're low on $ and can't afford a dressform, you can always do the duct tape version! Something the cosplay community has taught me. ☺️👍

I watched a video on youtube where repearing master was explaining why nobody should buy a NEW sewing machine below 150 dollars. He opened and showed what was inside. Inside of cheap sewing machines almost everything is done out of plastic. Such sewing machine will break after a few times of using and the money is gone. If you have limited budget buy used sewing machine from somebody.
