Ganda nito lalo na kung masmalaki yung lot para hindi attached at may airflow all sides. The only things missing are the pool, a proper auxiliary kitchen, laundry room, entertainment room and a roofdeck. Tapos garden. Sana lagyan din ng automated garage doors.

Eto yong house property na di ka magdududa na too pricey kasi sa mga quality ng material na ginamit at exquisite colours paint sa wall at cabinets i love sa pag pili ng kulay talaga. Pero sa roof di ko lang sure kung ano material ang ginamit sa roof maganda sana kung bricks ang roofing mas maganda overall I really like the property. Kaya if I have the budget to purchase a property I will have to choose this one sulit na sulit.

Who decided that this house is a "neo-classical" style house? I don't see any design that even resembles a neo-classic design. Added note. We had a neo-classic 1870 historical house in Missouri a few years ago. We built a neo-classic style home, following the design from our previous home in Missouri, here in the Philippines 2 years ago. Please reply. Thank you.

@@LunaCheng-f7m : My comment is not a negative comment but to question the advertising statement that this house is a neo-classic house. BTW, the "agent" replied to me that she was not the one that "decided" it was a neo-classic design. It was the house owner and/or the architect. I guess both owner and the architect are not familiar with the design of a neo-classic house. I was in the market looking for a "neo-classic" house when I found this video. Through very much searching, I found out that there are no neo-classic houses here in this area of the Philippines where we moved to. So I decided to build our own house here. Funny though that the people that saw our house here commented that even though the house is brand new, they were questioning why it looked "old. Hahaha. I guess people here are not familiar with neo-classic design. Thank you for your comment. Peace!

Maganda na sana ang bahay kaso walang green space. Puro semento ang paligid. I don't see drainage as well so if ganun na walang drainage then sana nagbigay nalng ng space for grass or lupa para masipsip yung tubig sa ilalim. Surely sobrang init nito sa umaga at nirereflect ng semento yung init paloob. Maganda yung kulay kaso wala ng chance yung buyer na magcostumize kasi kinontrol na ng seller yung buong bahay. If magkulay ka ng walls, accent lng dapat hindi buong loob kukulayan mo ng light ocean blue. Para tuloy nasa canteen ng hospital. At kung may glass window ka sa sink, lagyan mo naman ng green space for halaman (plant box) sa labas para kapag naghuhugas ka ng pinggan di ka mabubulag sa puti at liwanag ng pader sa labas. Pati yung patio dapat may plant box wag puro semento sinong gustong tumambay dyan na nakakabulag yung puti ng bakod. Hay nakuuuuu di man lang naisip. Daming piniflex pero yung simpleng detalye di ma-address. Kapag gumagawa ng house tour, isipin always paano gagamitin yung space. Magsuggest ng changes sa possible clients hindi puro flex sa lahat ng sulok ng bahay para lng may masabi. Tsk Tsk...
