Thanks a lot for these scale-exercises (and I downloaded the score) AND I have a question: I am using this exercise on myself saxophone regularly and progressing to master it in all the scales. But what exactly will be the 'result' ? Of course I guess better/faster in blues improvising, but what more benefits will I experience ? Just want to know how to ' measure' my progress with this exercise. Or does it help to get better in jamming with bands in general for example ?
