I played guitar off and on my entire life (48y/o) and Unfortunately I had a really life changing family tragedy and I haven’t played in 7 years. 1 week ago I decided to pick up my old hummingbird and start playing again (I was always just an average never finish a song type of guitar player🤷♂️) . I was definitely rusty so I went more most people would. KZbin and thank god I did as this was the channel I found. So I have been playing everyday for 2-3 hours watching your videos. I cannot believe how good I am sounding. It makes me almost tear up with joy. The way you teach just works for me. That’s when I decided to join. Become part of the Active Melody Family. The only thing that sucks is the blisters lol. The Blues suck but the sound is awesome. Thank you.

These lessons are getting me through lockdown. I'm definitely improving and learning a lot of cool licks and tricks. Just nailed a previous lesson and this one's my next challenge. Great teacher. One of the best in a crowded market. Also that's an impressive vinyl collection back there!

Considering the location of the bullet hole I’m guessing the guitar was part of an estate sale. Actually if you ever decide to do a lesson on “gimme 3 Steps” you have to do on this guitar.
