Check out The Glen Kaiser Blues Band (My Favorite) and The Darrell Mansfield Band. Good music. And go further back to a gospel blues artist named Blind Willy Johnson. Willy Johnson wrote the song Nobodys Fault But Mine that alot of people have covered, even Led Zeppillin. My favorite version is my Kaiser & Mansfield together.

Post posterous a mutual friend told me that he was talking with Phil a couple years ago and Phil said “I’ve finally gotten to the place where I can play anything I can think - my fingers will just do it.” But he’s always had McCartney level musical taste - his technique has just reached a new level.
