As a neutral I feel Chelsea's problem starts from the owners to the manager. There are a couple of individuals who aren't pulling their weight and should certainly be shipped off. But most of them are trying it just isn't working. Whatever tactics Potter is trying to pass across, it just isn't working out. That's because he's not the man for a job this big. I will continue to disagree with Lewis's assertion that our squad isn't top 4 quality, it is but we're operating below the sum of our parts. What's also clear is that there's an issue with the fitness of the squad. Felix looked far sharper and quicker than any of our forwards have been all season. We also seem to get at least one I jury a game. Some of it may be bad luck but I suspect poor physical conditioning and fitness is to blame. Blame has to be shared equally between Potter and the medical team.

Chelsea fans either aren’t smart enough or brave enough to hold Boehly accountable, you all see shiny new signings and automatically assume he’s a great owner. He is destroying the mere fabric of your club day by day, removed integral back room staff, decided to do it all himself and has ran things so poorly. You’re all celebrating these sporadic transfers but Graham Potter doesn’t want all these spoiled £250k per week superstars, he can’t manage them or their egos. He’s inexperienced at the elite level. Look at his career, he gets the most out of young, hungry and humble, players. He isn’t an owner that will listen to what the manager wants, he’s more inclined to hijack transfers from rivals because he unaware of which players are actually good or potentially fit the way Potter wants to play. Who’s to say you won’t someday get relegated under his ownership and he leaves you in the massive debt you’re accumulating? Your best bet is to protest for him to stop making signings and take a back seat. Let the professionals handle it. He won’t listen but it’s worth a try.
