The visual feedback for taps doesnt increase your fps it just shows that your fps has increased you can check by using a fps showing app or inbuilt nvidia fps test

Brother max fps doesnt mean it will give you 240 fps the thing is that the range of fps your pc or laptop can have it will show that only and dont plug charger your battery has a high chance of getting damaged i did it as well and a week later my battery health became so low that one 100% drained to 0 % in 5 to 6 mins

my fps is quite high but the issue is it doesnt feel like 90fps it feels like 40fps to 50 fps i played with more than 100fps and it feels good but it free fire it stills feel like low fps even though im getting more fps
