Fun fact: the final boss of the good ending is based off the final boss of the arcade game "Metal Slug 5" having very similar attacks to the boss, even down to the way it slashes down it's scythe on the battlefield, it even edits the sprites for the boss. (specifically for when it is in the background)

In addition, the 2.0 version has a path where you cape-fly out of the main area from the way you entered, only to trigger a Silent Hill-style Otherworld shift and end up in "the Shopkeeper's Realm."
