No. The TPA3110 needs 8-26V, and the bluetooth decoder board needs 7-12V. So the powerbank won’t be sufficient. Also, the TPA3110 is 2*15W. 8W speakers will distortion at high volume, or maybe just with a normal volume.

All I can say is that both of tpa3110 and tpa3118 have pretty nice and clear sound. Very decent circuits I have also tried PAM8610, but have a lot of heating. tpa3110 is colder

TPA3110 review- -Bahut hi ghatiya amplifier hai ye China made material. Itni mehnat se meine soundbar banaya but 3rd day is short ho gaya. Mere 200Rs aur mehnat waste ho gaye. China made materials per kabhi trust nahi karna hai ab.
