I plugged in my charger which has led on it but my charge goes led OFF and my oraimo necklace 3 lite Bluetooth earpiece won't charge but when I pull out the USB from the oraimo necklace 3 Bluetooth earphone my charger led comes ON, same thing happened when I tried using power bank the led of the power bank goes off when I try to charge the Bluetooth earpiece, could it be a short circuit? And where can it occur in the earpiece

Just in case you still need to know- if you take apart the button module and don't see a battery, it will most likely be inside the plastic earpiece housing.
