Look at the other comments someone commented to hold you power button and the turn up audio button for 5 seconds and I will shut off and you will have to manually turn it back on yourself

I did step 2 and the bluetooth option still wasn't available - so I moved on to step 3. Still nothing. Then I read the comments about PC's turning into paperweights and stopped. Then I restarted the PC and now my wireless keyboard and mouse works. Lets see how long this lasts because I fixed it once before some time ago, and then it randomly stopped working again and the bluetooth button disappeared. All I can suggest to others, is restart the computer after every suggested fix before moving on. If things seem strange, slow or broken - don't proceed. Good luck!

what if those WILAN Minioirt are not installed? I mean There quite a few updates still installng but taking forever... My laptop has bBT yet it's not being recognized, did all that, instaled even INTEL BT drivers still it's as if I had not installed them, rebooted but still nothing, and when I troubleshoot it shows BTooth capability detected (of course it does, it HAS bluetooth, always did) but still doesn't show in DManager nor is the enable disable button showing in settings... think all those other updates might help?

This one didnt work dont try this if you want ur pc to end up on infinite loading screen cuz if you tried it the only solution i did was system restore to stop the infinite loading screen this will not work if your pc doesnt support blue tooth

If your pc is fucked Just watch videos from youtube how to open it in safe mode and if you have followed the last step then after turning it on in safe mode just uninstall that update in whatever folder it is (in my case it was in downloads) and also open device manager and in network adapter just uninstall the same legacy adaptor that you have installed watching the video (and if you'll watch video you'll clearly see he never installed that one...i mean never clicked on it )and then your pc will auto turn on if it doesn't then just manually turn it on.... I hope it works It really worked for me😊
