I have had one of these for the past 6 months. Although I like it, it has started to occasionally not respond when pressed, but if I manually page turn on the ipad it will respond again. I have just arranged to return it to Amazon. TBH though, I'm tempted to buy the exact same model to replace it. Just hope that it is a flaw in the unit I bought and not a generic fault on them all.

Hi Mina, I use my iPad to not only change pages, but to start a song with the music (Unrealbooks) Does the Donner do that mate? Blessings, John

Got the Donner few months ago too! Got it for $50 tho. Prefer it much more since I could never find the justification to pay $100-$200 for a Bluetooth turner when it's just a clicker in the form of a foot petal...

hey great vid! i actually just got one and am trying to figure it out. love that it doesnt click! my first impression is sketchy though, first problem is my lyrics are being highlighed which makes them dark and hard to read? maybe my app can fix but maybe you encountered this? next problem is holy cow it scrolls too fast no?! i am singing and playing along and want to advance my page but it shoots ahead in a blurr and i cant find my spot fast enough to not break rhythm, any adjustments you have discovered?

I still can’t get my Donner to scroll Ultimate Guitar. It recognizes the pedals but will not scroll.

I had the page flip. Worked for 6 months and now it won’t connect or change modes.. They said it was a “malfunction” no shit. But I had to buy a new one. That one also shit the bed. Page flip is trash and their customer service is awful I picked up this one for 49$ on sale at guitar center and never looked back. Plus the rechargeable battery is nice

Couple things: first, why not say what your previous “name brand” pedals are? It’s pertinent information and it’s not like they are going to sue you or something. Also terminology: the on-off buttons on a guitar type pedal are called switches, not “pedals”.

After two months, as you claim, you should not be standing there doing a review and say "I don't know what this switch does". If you do, you are only doing videos you get views no to help anyone learn about the pedal. Just a guess, but I don't have one, but it is possible the "repeat' on/off, If it is ON the page will continue scrolling or turning pages if you keep the pedal pressed. But OFF you would have to push each time to turn a page, then left up and press again.. So On would be good for scrolling and OFF would be better for page turns, especially if you accidentally put you foot on it while sitting.
