mine is paired successful and I can take pics and videos but I cant scroll thru pages nor click like, also it says to watch a video but does not say what video nor where to find it. What good is it then, im better off returning it.

When you plug it in to charge, does the LED light up? If not, there might be an issue with the battery. If it's charging, trying pressing and holding the center button for a little bit longer to see if it powers up.

Sometimes if a Bluetooth connection requires a password in order to connect, you can try '0000' and see if that works. Mine didn't ask for a code, so I'm not exactly sure for your model/version.
